BLUEBERRY VANILLA CHIA ALMOND SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
½ cup frozen blueberries
2-3 drops of organic vanilla essence
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
Method:
1. Soak chia in ¼ cup of water until they create a gel like form
2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend!
3. Enjoy!
