Cretan Dakos
Ingredients
-Cretan barley rusks
-tomatoes, cut into small pices
- olive oil
-Feta cheese, crumble
-black olives
-oregano
-salt and pepper
Instructions
Moisten the rusks, with water .
Spread the grated tomato on the rusks and add the crumbled cheese. Top with the olive oil Sprinkle with the oregano and drizzle with some extra olive oil.
