So here it is…dinner my freekah salad with organic baby beet leaves, organic oven roasted veggies, garnished with garden fresh parsley, mint & extra Virgin olive oil.

Method: 1 cup cracked freekah to 1 ½ cup filtered water. Bring to boil and once water is absorbed your freekah is good to go with whatever greens & veggies your heart desires.
