½ cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
A handful of spinach (optional but super)
½ cup plain yogurt (optional)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
½ cup rolled oats (to stay full until lunch time)
