Chia Pudding & Blackberry Acai Smoothie by @amylecreations 💜
For the Chia Pudding, blend:
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup canned coconut milk
3 blackberries 😆
Pour into a bowl, whisk in:
2 tbsp chia seeds
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.Blackberry & Acai Smoothie, blend:
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup canned coconut milk (you can sub for almond milk if you like)
1 large frozen banana
¾ cup frozen blackberries
2 large mint leaves
2 tsp @organicburst acai powder
1 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp @natureswayoz kale powder
squeeze lemon juice
