How about some dinner inspo today? Here is my polenta, tumeric crusted cauliflower steaks with lemon & leek, baked in the oven - such a delicious combination of flavor…hope you can try it! Simply cut your cauli into steaks, cover with some extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp of polenta, ½ tsp Celtic salt, ½ tsp Tumeric and rub all over, juice of ½ lemon, 2 small leeks finely chopped with a little drizzle of olive oil and cook for about 30-45 minutes until ready. Garnish with fresh parsley, the perfect accompaniment to your salad 💛💛💛
