HEALTHY FAST FOOD
Seems like the most unlikely time of the year to be indulging in juices and smoothies, given how cold it is where I am.
However, there are days when I’d rather have an extra thirty minutes of sleep instead of breakfast. Smoothies for me, have become the fastest, healthiest way to fill up on the most important meal of the day, even when I don’t have the time.TOP: Cold-pressed kale, apple carrot and pineapple juice.
BOTTOM: chocolate mylkshake. Made with organic coconut milk, raw cacao, vanilla essence, nutmeg and two frozen bananas. This was today’s breakfast. Kept me going well into lunch time. 😊
