I made these nutrient dense granola bars to take with us to the beach.
I didn’t do any measuring but mixed almonds in the food processor until they resembled a flour and then added enough dates to bind the two. After that I added in sesame, chia and flax seeds, goji berries and a cacao-natural peanut butter spread that created the perfect balance of gooey moistness.
