Chocolate Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cup and 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped +strawberries for garnish

Directions
Preheat oven to 160 C
Whisk eggs and sugar until creamy.
Add in olive oil and Mix well.
Add, flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla powder and buttermilk and mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
Share the batter into muffin liners.
Bake for 15 min, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool them on a wire rack and top with strawberries
