Easy Zucchini & Feta cheese Pie

INGREDIENTS:

-2 lb. zucchini, grated
-3 Eggs
-2 cups of Feta cheese, crumbled
-2 tbsp mint, chopped
- Salt, Peeper
-3 tbsp Olive oil
-4 tbsp Flour

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan, and bake at 180 C for 15 min, or until golden brown.
