Homemade Buttermilk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Place the lemon juice in a measuring cup, and add enough milk to make 1 cup total liquid. Stir to combine and let stand for 10 to 15 min.
When is ready, the milk will be slightly thickened and you’ll see small curdled bits.
