NO BAKE CHERRY SHORTCAKE INGREDIENTS: -1 box of vanilla...





NO BAKE CHERRY SHORTCAKE


INGREDIENTS:

-1 box of vanilla instant pudding

-1 ½ cups nonfat milk

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-24 Lady Fingers (Savoiardi)

-1 pound fresh cherries

- 2 pkt Cherry jello


DIRECTIONS:


Jello.
- Pour jelly crystals into a mixing bowl and add 2 cups of boiling water.
Stir until all the crystals have dissolved.
Add 2 cups cold water and place aside to cool.

- In a bowl Whisk pudding, milk and vanilla and set aside

- Arrange lady fingers in the bottom of a Tupperware slice container.

- Place ½ of cherries in a single layer over the lady fingers.
- Spread the pudding over the lady fingers and cherries and place back in fridge.

- Top with the remaining cherries and then pour cooled jelly over the top.

Make sure jelly sets evenly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

When jelly is firm, using a knife, cut it into pieces.
