Ingredients
4 pieces of pork chop, about 3 pounds
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 stalks of lemongrass, crushed
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine black pepper, oyster sauce, garlic, lemongrass, sugar, honey, milk, oil, and marinate the pork chops for 3 hours. After 3 hours remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
In a skillet, add oil, and grill the pork chop over high heat, for 5 minutes on each side.
