Ingredients
For the granola:
- 1¼ rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
For the filling:
- 500 g / 16 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
- about 3 cups of fresh fruit of your choice
