Chocolate Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:
-8 cookies, frozen
-½ container strawberry ice cream
-1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Arrange 4 cookies flat side up in a single layer.
Spread with ice cream. Top with another cookie.
Wrap in plastic and freeze for 1 hour.
Dip half of each sandwich into chocolate.
