🌵 go-to green smoothie recipe 🌵
• 3 ripe narnies 🍌🍌🍌
• 1 cup rice milk (or other plant milk)
• 1 tsp matcha powder ( I use @zengreentea )
• small handful baby spinach
• small handful kale
• 2 medjool dates
• 4 ice cubes
🐵 then I just layer it with muesli and more banana and voila!Lately we’ve had a shortage of berries in the house so I had this for breakfast 3 mornings in a row 🐿
