Blue Walnut Milk Smoothies by @veganwhat 💙
Recipe:
For the Walnut Milk
1 cup raw walnuts
4 cups water
1 tsp pure maple syrup
For Smoothies
2 cups walnut milk
1 frozen banana
1 tsp spirulina
Soak 1 cup of walnuts in fresh water overnight. Rinse the next day and add them to your blender, along with 4 cups of water, and 1 tsp pure maple syrup. Blend well and then strain. Take 2 cups of your walnut milk and blend with your frozen banana until creamy. Pour your smoothies into your jars, sprinkle the spirulina in each one, stir, and enjoy! #letscookvegan
