My Organic Bliss Balls with Tangerine 🍊
Great snack, dessert, sweet craving & super easy to make - minus the sugar!
Here’s my recipe for these yummy snacks:
2 cups mixed organic nuts (cashews, almonds & walnuts)
¾ cup organic pitted dates
1/3 cup organic shredded coconut, plus extra to coat
¼ cup raw organic cocoa
1 tbs organic chia seeds
2 tbs raw organic honey or organic rice malt syrup
juice of 1 tangerine
zest of 1 tangerine
½ tsp organic ground cinnamonProcess nuts in blender & then add dates, and remaining ingredients.
Roll mixture into balls and into coconut, chia & pepitas as I have done to make them interesting. Chill in fridge & serve.
