Apricot + Pear Crumble – easy vegan recipe, sugar, wheat + oil free By @shanyaraleonie ♡
Recipe:
Ingredients
6 -7 apricots
1 large pear ( or 2 small ones)
handful large oats
handful small oats
handful popped amaranth
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp almond shavings
handful raisins
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
pinch of salt
pinch of clove powder
pinch of nutmeg
2 dates
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 160° degrees.
2. Wash + half the apricots and put them on into the square tin.
3. Throw the pear into the blender along with a bit of water + dates. Blend until smooth.
4. In a big mixing bowl throw in all the ingredients and start mixing.
5. Add the crumble mixture on top of the apricots and pop it into the oven for about 30-45 min.
6. Enjoy hot, cold, with some coconut yoghurt or just on its own!
