Vegan Pizza with Pumpkin Crust by @delicious_and_healthy_by_maya 馃挌

Crust:
1 cup steamed pureed pumpkin
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup oat flour
4 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup almond milk (or walnut, soy, oat)
salt, turmeric, curry

Hummus
2 cups cooked chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tahini
garlic
salt, curry, turmeric, dill, dried basil
lemon juice
Toppings:
arugula, cherry tomatoes, avocado
sprinkle of freshly ground pepper and salt,
drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Method:
Mix well all the ingredients for the crust. Add milk gradually. It has to be fairly thick but still spreadable. Spread it on parchment paper in shape of pizza crust, around 5mm thick. Bake on 160 celsius for about 15-20 mins. When done it will firm up and slightly brown around the edges.
Spread the hummus on cooled crust and put on the toppings.
