ROASTED ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 bunch fresh asparagus, washed and dried
* 4 Tbsp. olive oil
* sea salt
* freshly-cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Trim the tough asparagus ends, removing about 1 inch.
Lay out asparagus side-by-side on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil, then sprinkle with a pinch or two of salt and freshly-cracked black pepper.
Bake for about 8-12 minutes, or until asparagus begin to brown.
Serve immediately.
