Home-made 3 ingredient blueberry jam!
- 1c frozen blueberries
- 1t honey
- 1 1/2 chia seeds
Combine blueberries and honey in a small saucepan and cook on a med-high heat until berries can be mashed (around 5 mins). Mash the berries until all the juices are released and add chia seeds and stir until it has thickened. Cool and refrigerate.
