INGREDIENTS:
For Dry Mix:
- 2 tablespoons ground flax
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder (or ½ scoop protein powder)
- 1 scoop collagen or protein powder(optional)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
To Make Overnight Oats:
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or water
- 5-6 drops of stevia (optional)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
To Make Instant Oats:
- 1/3 cup water
