Banana Chia Ice Cream
Ingredients
4-5 ripe bananas
1 tbsp Honey
½ tbsp chia seeds
Yellow food coloring ( optional )
Directions:
Cut the bananas into thin slices, cover with plastic wrap and place them in the freezer for at least 5 hours
When the bananas are frozen place them in a food processor with the blade attachment. Pulse for a bit and once the bananas are cut into small pieces , add the honey, chia seeds and the food coloring.
Beat for a few more moments until the bananas are creamy and blended together.
