Vegan Banana Bread with Superfoods - This bread is sweetened with the natural fruit sugars in the bananas and dates. You can enjoy it for breakfast, as a snack or dessert and it’s really simple to make….RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 big bananas
  • 2 cups of oats (grind them in your blender)
  • 1 ts baking powder
  • 1 tbs vanille extract
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • ½ cup pistachio nuts
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ½ cup white almonds and 150 ml water (or 120 ml almond milk)
  • 1 ts cinnamon powder
  • ½ lemon
  • A little bit of coconut oil
