Raw caramel tarts with a date mousse:
The base is made of
20 g shredded coconut
30 g oats
3 medjool dates
½ tsp cinnamon
dried bananas and mulberriesfor the caramel layer you only need
5-6 medjool dates
a bit coconut sugerFirstly for the base mix everything thoroughly until it stick together and its creamy! Aferwards fill it in cups and set in a fridge for about 15 minutes. In the meantime you can blend the dates and the coconut suger and fill it on the base. Sprinkle some desiccated coconuts, goji berries and more leftover base. Set in a frige for about 2-3 hours!
