Making the most of strawberry season and eating them almost every day! This here was vanilla overnight oats with spirulina nice cream, strawberries and pomegranate seeds 🍓🍓 For the overnight oats mix together 60g oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon flax seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon and 200ml oat milk and let it soak in the fridge overnight. The spirulina nice cream is simply 1 frozen banana blended with ¼ teaspoon of spirulina powder. Layer both in a glass with fresh fruit and dig in 😊
