To make this simply boil 500 grams spelt organic spaghetti and drain. For the mushrooms - the star of the dish: sauté 3 shallots in extra virgin olive oil, add the sliced mushrooms, a bit of lemon thyme (from my #organic herb #garden) ½ tsp Celtic salt, pinch of chili flakes and chopped flat leaf parsley. Cook for about 10 minutes until it’s evenly sautéed and serve/mix through your spaghetti. It was absolutely delicious - so grateful to have found these #wildmushrooms 🍃🍃🍃🍃
