Homemade healthy muesli bars 😊
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of oatmeal
½ cup of soaked dates
⅓ cup of peanut butter a bit of sea salt
a bit of vanilla sugar
1. Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes.
2. Put all the ingredients in food processor and mix until you get a muesli-like dough. If the dough is too dry, add a bit the water you used for soaking the dates.
3. Put the dough in a cooking mold or on a cooking plate and put it in the freezer for an hour or you can bake them in an oven (180°C) for about 10 minutes. It’s up to your preference.
4. Cut it in rectangle shape and enjoy!
