Garden Salad Pizza by @little_bites_of_beauty
WHAT YOU NEED:
For the crust:
70 gr Rice Flour
30 gr Qinoa Flour
60 gr Potato Starch
40 gr Gluten Free Oat Flour
110 gr lukewarm Water
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Himalayan Salt
10 gr Baking PowderFor the Toppings:
6 tbsp Natural Tomato Sauce, 1 big leaf of Collard Greens, 1/3 cup chopped Cabbage, 1 Roma Tomato, chopped, 10 Cherry Tomatoes, 10 leaves of Basil, ½ an Avocado, Himalayan Salt, Black Pepper, dehydrated garlic, 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Oilve OilHOW TO MAKE:
1. Preheat the oven to 370 F.
2. Mix flours, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add in the lukewarm water and knead well until you get an elastic ball of dough. If too sticky, add more rice flour.
3. Roll down the dough on a wooden surface until ½ an inch thick and give it a circular shape.
4. Bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding the tomato sauce.
5. In the meantime, chop all the veggies (except the cherry tomatoes and avocado), toss them in a bowl and season them with olive oil, salt and pepper and dehydrated garlic.
6. After you spread the pizza crust with tomato sauce, bake for 15 more minutes.
7. When ready, top your pizza with the chopped salad, the cherry tomatoes and diced avocado.
