Vegan Moroccan Tagine 🔥🍃🔥🍃with potatoes and cauliflower.
I love cooking in this pottery, the flavor comes out so earthly and extra delicious! This was also incredibly easy to make. First I let the onions simmer in a little olive oil, then I added sliced potatoes, tomatoes and cauliflower, then I sprinkled the Moroccan spices (turmeric, black pepper, seas salt, paprika and chili pepper), fresh chopped coriander and finished it off with water. Let it cook for about 25-30 minutes. Done! It’s really that simple and quite delicious. // From my trip to Morocco, I have to admit it was quite challenging to find real Moroccan food that is 100% vegan. But after learning to cook in a tagine, I couldn’t get enough! I made so many dishes and with so many different veggies and flavors and the best part, it was completely vegan and gluten free! #radplantlife
