Now I soaked my chia overnight - ¼ cup organic chia to 1 cup organic almond milk. I see a lot of people talking about adding a sweetener to the chia, I disagree the sweetness of the fruit and nuts added is enough sugar. So it’s really important that whilst we love to eat chia parfaits, nice creams and fruits that we monitor our fructose levels, as eating fruit is also eating sugar @iquitsugar but at least it’s natural and everything in balance right? 💚💚
