Cheesy kale chips.
Ingredients
* 1 cup of soaked cashews
* 1 red bell pepper
* 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
* 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
* ½ tbs salt
* pinch of cayenne pepper
* A large bowl of kale leafs
* 1 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 200ºF / 90C.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Make the cheese by combining all ingredients (except the kale leafs) in a high speed blender, blend until completely smooth. Wash and dry the kale leafs, until completely dry.
* Place the kale in a large mixing bowl. Coat with the cheese mixture .
* Mix until fully coated.
* Spread the kale over baking sheets and Bake for 1 hour or until kale is dry and crisp.
Store kale chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
