Lunch today is Basil chicken with zucchini pasta. Really easy to make!
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ pound boneless chicken breasts, roughly cubed
salt and pepper, to taste
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 large clove of garlic, minced
1/3 cup diced white onions
1 14oz can diced tomatoes (or crushed tomatoes) with juices
1-1.5 tablespoon chopped basil
2 medium zucchinis, Blade C, noodles trimmed
