This year I told myself, ‘no ‘forgetting ’ I wanted to eat good (aka feel good ) during the holidays even when a bunch of indulgences are in front of me and fully droooling 😅 and its kinda hard! Theres 9 people in my family, most all married and kids , we all met up in Arizona (it’s a middle ground for everyone ) and we are all staying in one house and the eating habits range from pounding a full pumpkin pie for pre-breakfast to my dad who is basically a purest . So how does one pull of eating goooood in the midst of the holidays .. if that is their true desire … this is what I find makes it actually really enjoyable.. stay active, and social 🚣🏽🏌👯🏃🏽🏄🏽🛀🏽, 🍌have good groceries on hand , 🍲make a massive pot of yummy soup , 🍎stack the fruit bowl , 🍵have herbal teas, a few fun treats made with real ingredients🍡, choose water always , stay full and satisfied on foods that are delicious AND makes not only your taste buds happy but every cell in your body happy 🙌🏽💦 When people are gorging on cakes gorge out on a big pot of soup haha! Just as cool ok 😉 you’ll be surprised how many people wanna do the same 👊🏽😋 (at Cave Creek Regional Park)
