Ingredients:
• 2 cups mixed organic nuts (cashews, almonds & walnuts)
• ¾ cup organic pitted dates
• 1/3 cup organic shredded coconut & extra to coat
• ¼ cup raw organic cacoa
• 1 Tbsp organic chia seeds
• 2 Tbsp organic rice malt syrup
• Juice of 1 tangerine
• zest of 1 tangerineMethod:
Process nuts in blender & then add dates and remaining ingredients. Roll mixture into balls and then coat into coconut, chia & pepitas to make them different & interesting. Add more or less nuts if too wet or too dry. Chill in fridge, great for snacking during the week - healthy & sugar free ✔️✔️✔️
