Organic Falafel Ingredients:
1 ½ cups raw chickpeas (soaked in water for 2-3 hours)
2 onions (grated)
1 cup filtered water
¼ cup raw buckwheat (for crunch)
1 cup fresh #gardenherbs - dill, coriander & flat leaf parsley
1 Tbsp rock salt
½ Tbsp black pepper
½ Tbsp ground cuminAvocado & tahini whip:
1 avocado blended
Pinch of salt
Lemon juice
Chill flakes
½ teaspoon tahiniBlend all ingredients together in food processor & make balls, fry in a little extra virgin olive oil or bake in oven. This quantity served 18 in total. Enjoy xox
