Chicken Salad Wrap
Slice up:
some grapes
some celery
1 tomato
Make the Chicken Salad:
boil the chicken and flake it up
add 1 tablespoon of an extremely low fat mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)
add a little bit of low fat jogurt
add celery
add grapes
tabasco sauce (optional)
salt and pepper
mix and let sit
Assemble the wrap:
put down a leaf of lettice
pile the chicken salad on top
put on tomato slices
roll it up & you’re done!
