Avocado Hummus + Shaved Avocado on Toast By @fooddeco 馃挌
Easy Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 Avocado - Ready to Eat
100 gr. Store Bought Hummus
2 slices of Brown Sourdough Bread
Olive Oil
Optional: Black Sesame Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the avocado in half and scoop out the avocado flesh from one half, mash the avocado and combine thoroughly with the hummus. Drizzle the bread with some olive oil and bake in a frying pan, till it’s dark and crispy! Spread the Avocado Hummus on top of the toast and peel off the skin from the other avocado half. Use a (Japanese) peeler to make very thin ‘shaved’ avocado slices and layer on top. Optional: Black Sesame Seeds
