Green beans
Fasolakia Ladera
Ingredients:
1 pound green beans
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup(s) Fresh dill
2 Tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
Directions:
In a large pot heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and green beans about 4 minutes. Add the tomato, dill, salt, pepper and cover with water.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally until the beans are very tender, about 50 min.
Serve with Feta cheese. Enjoy!!
