Recipe:

Ingredients:

Burger:
200g Can Makerel
40g Onion
30g Panko
1 Egg
Salt
Black Pepper
Canola Oil

Sauce:
100ml Can Mackerel Juice
30m Ponzu
1 1/2tsp Potato Starch

Soup:
600ml Water
30g Dry Squid
¼ Egg
Salt

Method:

Burger:
1. Strain can mackerel and keep the juice.
2. Flake the meat and remove the bone from mackerel
3. Finely chop onion, mix all burger ingredients.
4. Season with salt and black pepper, shape in to patty.
5. Heat pan, put some oil and cook each side for 4-5 min on medium heat until golden brown.

Sauce:
1.Mix ponzu and potato starch to dissolve it and prevent lumps.
2. In a pan, put can mackerel juice, ponzu mix and stir it until sauce consistency.

Soup:
1.Put water and dry squid on pot, put on medium heat until boiling. then simmer it on very low heat for 5 min.
2. Remove the squid, then season the soup with salt.
3.turn of the heat and add egg and stir it,

Serve the food Hot with Rice! Enjoy your meal!
