Okay so many requests for the recipe, and here it is…I must admit though I’m really struggling with my photography at the moment, I’m so used to flat lay style that anything else is foreign to me and so this one will have to do! They taste great, ☑️vegan ☑️refined sugar free ☑️gluten free ☑️ wheat free and ☑️no bake ✌馃徎✌馃徎✌馃徎BUT they are best kept in the freezer in an airtight container and eaten at home 馃檲馃檴not an option for lunch boxes at school as they will soften 馃憥馃徎anyway here’s my recipe as I said they taste really good for a morning tea snack with ☕️☕️☕️have a great day or evening all xox

Chia Superfood Nut Bars
1 cup organic raw walnuts
1 cup organic raw cashews
1 cup organic shredded coconut
2/3 cup organic cashew butter
1/3 cup organic coconut oil melted
1/3 cup organic coconut nectar syrup
½ cup organic chia seeds @organicburst
1 tbsp organic vanilla
½ tsp organic cinnamon

Blend everything except for the chia seeds in your food processor on low or @vitamix making sure there are some pieces still of the cashews, then add chia seeds at the end and mix a little. Place mixture into small square baking dish on baking paper and press firmly. Place in freezer to set and remove, slice up and keep in freezer in container. Makes total of 10 bars or if you cut into squares you’ll have total of 20 馃槈馃槈馃憣馃徏

脩oquis - Gnochhi de Boniato o Batata


La semana que viene os espero a todos para la inauguraci贸n de la temporada 2017 con nuevos platos, nuevos conceptos y algunas mejoras

Ingredientes:

Boniato
220 Queso Mascarpone o Ricotta
60 Gr de Queso Rallado
Pizca de Sal
250 Gr de Harina
1 Cda de Mantequilla
3 Dientes de Ajo
Especias al Gusto
Nata para cocinar


Preparaci贸n

Para cocer el boniato lo que haremos sera aplicar unos cortes en el mismo, lo introducimos en un recipiente apta para el microondas y una pizca de agua.
Introducimos en el microondas a m谩xima potencia durante 12-15 minutos dependiendo de la potencia de cada uno.

En un recipiente comenzamos a incorporar la harina con el queso rallado el queso mascarpone o Ricotta en su defecto y le vamos agregando poco a poco el boniato cocido sin piel, para posteriormente proceder al amasado de esta mezcla.

Con la masa lista, vamos a ir cogiendo porciones y la estiramos como si fuera un fideo (esta parte es la que les gusta hacer a los ni帽os), recordando siempre que la zona de trabajo este siempre con harina para evitar que se nos pegue en la mesa.

Con la ayuda de un cuchillo cortamos la masa del tama帽o de unos 脩oquis, si quieren darle la forma tradicional , pueden hacerle una marca con un tenedor y ya tendr谩n un aspecto t铆pico Gnocchi italiano

Para cocer nuestros Gnocchi de Boniato , los vamos a sumergir en una olla con agua hirviendo y los dejamos cocinar hasta que ellos solitos suban a la superficie, Una vez que esten todos en la superficie, ya estaran en su punto optimo de coccion, asi que procedemos a escurrir para quitar todo el agua.

Para finalizar el plato, vamos a coger una sarten Antiadherente , le a帽adimos aceite y mantequilla y cuando esta se funda le incorporamos los 帽oquis de boniato, los salteamos un poco y le agregamos ajos picados muy finos, dejando cocinar hasta que cojan un color dorado.

Para acabar el plato a帽adimos las especias que mas nos gusten y para terminar la incorporamos un poco de nata de cocinar.
