letscookvegan: Chickpea tacos by @nathaliesader...


Chickpea tacos by @nathaliesader 馃挌

1 tbsp of avocado oil
2 cups of cooked chickpeas or 1 can
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp of cumin powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp liquid aminos of shoyu

To assemble your tacos:
Corn tortilla 馃尳
Vegan Mayo
Green tomatoes 馃崊 馃挌
Avocado slices 馃
Parsley leaves 馃崈
Lime 馃崑

In a medium size skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the garlic and saut茅 for 30 seconds.
Add the chickpeas and saut茅 for a minute.
Add the seasonings and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

To assemble your tacos, spread some vegan Mayo on your tortilla, add refried chickpeas, avocado slices, parsley leaves, tomatoes, sprinkle some more cayenne pepper and cumin powder, a squeeze of lime and enjoy! #letscookvegan
