Okay so many requests for the recipe, and here it is…I must admit though I’m really struggling with my photography at the moment, I’m so used to flat lay style that anything else is foreign to me and so this one will have to do! They taste great, ☑️vegan ☑️refined sugar free ☑️gluten free ☑️ wheat free and ☑️no bake ✌馃徎✌馃徎✌馃徎BUT they are best kept in the freezer in an airtight container and eaten at home 馃檲馃檴not an option for lunch boxes at school as they will soften 馃憥馃徎anyway here’s my recipe as I said they taste really good for a morning tea snack with ☕️☕️☕️have a great day or evening all xox

Chia Superfood Nut Bars
1 cup organic raw walnuts
1 cup organic raw cashews
1 cup organic shredded coconut
2/3 cup organic cashew butter
1/3 cup organic coconut oil melted
1/3 cup organic coconut nectar syrup
½ cup organic chia seeds @organicburst
1 tbsp organic vanilla
½ tsp organic cinnamon

Blend everything except for the chia seeds in your food processor on low or @vitamix making sure there are some pieces still of the cashews, then add chia seeds at the end and mix a little. Place mixture into small square baking dish on baking paper and press firmly. Place in freezer to set and remove, slice up and keep in freezer in container. Makes total of 10 bars or if you cut into squares you’ll have total of 20 馃槈馃槈馃憣馃徏
