Coconut Yogurt + Blueberry Popsicles by @alenafoodphoto 💜
1,5 cup (300 g) of coconut yogurt (you can add sweetener like maple syrup if you want but I love the real yogurt taste).
•1 cup of fresh blueberries.
•1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup.
Put blueberries and maple syrup on a small pan , warm it on low stirring all the time until the blueberries give the juice and become very soft. Then let them cool down. Add one spoon of yogurt to the Popsicle mold,then 1 spoon of blueberries with juice, repeat until all the molds are filled. Freeze and then enjoy! #letscookvegan
