Crackers: Savory Toasts and Seeded ‘Rye’ - Two types of very easy to make, raw, vegan, and gluten free crackers….RECIPE

Ingredients for the Seeded ‘Rye’

1 Cup Ground Flax 

¼ Cup Whole Flax

1/3 Cup Sunflower seeds

¼ tsp Sea Salt

1 Clove Garlic

1 Tbsp. Raw Cacao

¼-½ tsp Mustard Seeds

¼-½ tsp Cumin Seeds

1/8 tsp Caraway

Water to thin

Ingredients for the Savory Toasts

½ Cup Ground Flax

½ Cup Sunflower Seeds (ground) 

¼ Cup Grated Onion

1/8 tsp Sea Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper 

½ tsp Dried Oregano (or herb of choice) 

¼ Cup Slivered Red Onion  

Water to thin

Sesame Seeds or Nigella Seeds to Garnish (optional)
