You don’t have to get complicated to have good tasting and nutritious meals. These are too of my favorites. Tacos/Tosdadas and Flatbread Pizzas.
Taco/Tosdadas-you can either buy corn tortillas and toast them up or purchase tosdadas (which will probably have a few more points). Then load them up-chicken or shrimp, salsa, veggies, Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream) lite cheese. My favorite ingredient to add is enchiladas sauce. Version pictured was WW 6sp for all 3!
Flatbread Pizza-I use the FlatOut Pizza Breads and toast them a little in the oven. Then again, load them up-turkey pepperoni, turkey sausage, turkey bacon, lite cheese, veggies. Pizza Magic seasoning gives it that pizza taste! Version pictured was WW 5sp per bread.
