Coconut and Blood Orange w. Rose Water Parfait by @ritaserano 馃挅

You will need:
Coconut yoghurt
3 blood oranges, peeled
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of rose water 
Additional sweetener like maple syrup
Half a mango, cubed
1 passion fruit
Amaranth or quinoa pops
A couple of frozen berries
Coconut flakes
Broccoli sprouts

To make the chia jam:
Blend 3 blood oranges, with the rose water in a mixer. Taste if it needs additional sweetener. Stir in the chia seeds and stir regularly. It will be ready after 15 minutes or make it the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight.
To assemble you need to glasses or bowls. Put in some coconut yoghurt, add 2-3 tablespoons of blood orange rose water jam and stir lightly. So you will see soft swirls. Top with a stopped out passion fruit ¼ mango cubes, amaranth pops, coconut flakes, frozen berries and some broccoli sprouts!
