letscookvegan: Cookies & Cream Nicecream by...


Cookies & Cream Nicecream by @feastingonfruit 馃挍

Cookie crumbles:
½ cup oat flour
¼ cup cacao powder
3 tbsp maple syrup

4 frozen bananas
½ tsp vanilla bean powder
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Mix together all the cookie crumble ingredients with a fork till crumbly. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350F. Cool. Blend all the ingredients for the nicecream. Add half of the cookie crumbles. Blend briefly to mix them in. Scoop or swirl into a bowl and top with remaining cookie crumbles. Enjoy! #letscookvegan
