Layered Chia Pudding by @rachels.fit.kitchen 💜
How to make:
Layered chia pudding: Mix together ¼ cup chia seeds with ¾ cup of natural coconut yogurt, 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tbs maple syrup. Mix well and allow to thicken overnight in the fridge.
In the morning mix well. Split the chia into two bowls.
Color one half with ¼ cup butterfly flower tea (brewed using ¼ cup dried butterfly flowers and ½ cup of water).
Layer the white and blue chia pudding with ½ cup mango coconut yogurt. Enjoy! #letscookvegan
